Klingelt Engineering Apprenticeship Scheme & Training
Graduates
Our success comes from the unique combination of skills and experience that continuously evolves alongside our sectors. To continue our growth, each year, we look to recruit a number of mechanical, aeronautical, or chemical engineers through our graduate scheme, to support us in delivering the net zero future, while developing your own experience and professional knowledge.
Klingelt Engineering provides apprentice opportunities across various trades. If you are interested in becoming an apprentice there are pre-employment assessment tests for certain roles that you will have to sit and pass, prior to applications being considered.
Electrician
If you are interested in becoming an Apprentice Electrician you will be following a Modern Apprenticeship and will achieve an SCQF 7 in Electrical Installation. The first step is to register with SECTT for the Pre-Employment Assessment.
This assessment covers both technical comprehension and numeracy subjects and is carried out at a college local to you.
Heating & Ventilation
If you are interested in becoming a Heating & Ventilation apprentice you will achieve an SCQF 6 in Mechanical Engineering Services. The first step is to sit the BPEC Aptitude and Selection Test.
Facilities Management Apprenticeships
We also run a Facilities Management Service and Maintenance apprenticeship in conjunction with BESA and Forth Valley College. We would be looking for prospective candidates to have a minimum of National 5 and possibly higher qualifications. It would be beneficial to have passed both the SECTT and BESA tests prior to applying.
